Please follow this detailed guide to take three measurements: ALPHA, BETA and GAMMA.

This is the circumference of your head. Start from your forehead and go all the way around your head.

This is the distance from the TOP of your head to just above your eyes/eyebrows.

This is the distance from the TOP of your head to just below your chin.
